• Planning and control of exciting projects and mandates in digital marketing and advertising in the Google, Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn and Social Media Ads environment 
• Creation and support of complex and partly multilingual campaigns 
• Strategic and operational consulting for your clients 
• Evaluation of digital advertising campaigns, creation of reports and derivation of customer recommendations from them 
• Project management and internal coordination with the teams involved 
• Continuous support and further development of interesting customers 
• Continuous optimization of our service offering 
• Recognizing trends and transforming them for customers 
• Publishing of professional articles 
   

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• Completed education with clear marketing reference
• Relevant professional experience in digital advertising
• Solid experience in the Google and YouTube Ads universe (Search, GDN, YouTube, Remarketing, Shopping) and/or Facebook & Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok
• Experience with bidding strategies and bid management tools
• Experience with web analytics 
• Proficient with metrics and analytics tools and excellent Microsoft Office and especially Excel skills 
• Strong analytical thinking and a constant drive to optimize. 
• 1flawless knowledge of the law 
• Fluency and multilingualism (at least English, other languages an advantage) 
• Cosmopolitan and interested in multiculturalism 
• Flexibility and independence, willing to go the extra mile 
• Confident appearance 
• Sense of responsibility and structured way of working 
• High degree of personal responsibility and problem-solving skills 
• High service and quality awareness 
• Willingness to travel in Switzerland, Germany and Austria or where our customers need you 
• Ability to work in a team

To be frank – your work place is in the middle of nowhere, which means in Aadorf in Switzerland (approximately inbetween St. Gallen, Zurich and Constance - well served by public transport). However, we would like to offer you the possibility of home office after an intensive training phase with us. We are open to discuss further details in person.
