You're young (at heart), creative, committed, interested in digital trends, passionate about performance marketing and already have solid experience in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of performance marketing campaigns.

We are looking for exactly you – a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) (80 – 100 %).

Your tasks

  • Planning and controlling of performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads in exciting projects and mandates
  • Operational implementation and optimization of performance campaigns to generate leads and sales
  • Evaluation of performance marketing campaigns and creation of reports
  • Identify trends, test them and transform them for clients


  • Completed education, ideally with a marketing background
  • Solid experience as a Performance Marketing Manager on at least one of the following platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads and/or Snap Ads
  • Experience with bidding strategies and bid management tools
  • Experience with web analytics
  • Proficient with metrics and analytics tools and excellent Microsoft Office and especially Excel skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and a constant drive for optimization
  • 1flawless knowledge of the law
  • Fluency and multilingualism (at least English, other languages an advantage)
  • Open-minded and interested in multiculturalism
  • Flexibility and self-reliance, willing to go the extra mile
  • Confident appearance
  • Sense of responsibility and structured way of working
  • High degree of personal responsibility and problem-solving skills

As a father of two, he never gets bored. Whether it's building Duplo trains or spending hours digging. Yes, digging - you read that right ;-). There is and will be a programme after work. And even if the quiet minutes have become significantly less, he enjoys every moment with his family. Some of which he also shares in his podcast «Die Mustergatten».
