Thomas Hutter is founder and CEO of Hutter Consult AG and partner at MYTY Group. He is one of the pioneers in meta marketing and known as the "Facebook guru" of the first hour. As one of the most renowned meta marketing experts in German-speaking countries, he advises large and medium-sized companies, organizations and agencies.

He laid the foundation for Hutter Consult AG with the blog www.thomashutter.com, which was founded in 2009 and is still considered one of the most important resources on current developments in Facebook and social media marketing in the German-speaking world.

In the last 11 years, he has already passed on his knowledge to well over 2000 people in seminars and teaching modules at universities of applied sciences as a lecturer or seminar leader at various seminar providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At many popular conferences in the industry you can meet him live and in color as a speaker and mentor.

If all that is not enough, the workaholic spends his time in the offline world with cigars and rum - preferably in combination with his Jacuzzi, extensive barbecues or time with his two daughters and his Dog Cliff.

Florian, has been with the Hutter Consult AG since its inception, and is now Managing Partner / Partner MYTY Group.

He acts as a charming, but also competent interface between conception/strategy and the implementation of digital advertising with platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, ... up to Microsoft Ads. And because that's definitely not enough for him, he also develops concepts regarding search engine marketing, Google Analytics and also supports our customers with UX design questions for websites and advertising media creation. Florian is also a passionate data nerd, for whom Excel is an MMORPG and likes to analyze and optimize till he drops.

Another fun fact: when he smells cheese fondue he gets glassy eyes, with raclette he gets extremely happy and with a BBQ he never gets enough!

Thomas Besmer, also lovingly named"Besmo" amongst his colleagues, is an old player in the digital business – he has been playing in the online industry since 2005. His CV includes positions at AZ Direct, CSS Versicherungen, Farner Consulting and Comparis, before he joined the Hutter Consult AG in December 2017. In his capacity as Managing Partner / Partner MYTY Group, 'Besmo' is responsible for comprehensive consulting activities with a focus on analysis, business development and the further expansion of our agency services.

As a father of two, he never gets bored. Whether it's building Duplo trains or spending hours digging. Yes, digging - you read that right ;-). There is and will be a programme after work. And even if the quiet minutes have become significantly less, he enjoys every moment with his family. Some of which he also shares in his podcast «Die Mustergatten».

Civil engineering drafting, computer science, business administration, and now social media management – there are few areas in IT and business that Stefano hasn’t explored. Today, he focuses on account management and project management at Hutter Consult AG, where, as a partner, he leads Central Account Management (ZAM) and Central Project Management (ZPM).

In this role, he is deeply involved in the development and support of our clients, always striving to understand their needs and implement tailored, sustainable solutions. His team is the first point of contact for all matters related to social media advertising, ensuring that our clients execute efficient, technology-driven, and long-term successful social media strategies.

Beyond his professional passion, Stefano is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his two young sons. However, Sunday evening is his time – after a family Sunday dinner, he likes to indulge in a cigar and a whiskey to savor the moment.

Once you have worked with Thomas, you always return to Thomas - as Claude Sprenger did in 2018, a good 13 years later after his training with Thomas H. himself. But now he is better, faster and a lot more digital, too. Just exactly how we need him. After web-solutions.ch GmbH (Hutter), Assai Dialog+Digital (Wirz) and Koch Kommunikation, he enriches the team with his lateral thinking head, from which digitalization strategies and visions spring uncontrollably.

In his function as Managing Partner / Partner MYTY Group and Senior Consultant, Claude takes over a comprehensive consulting activity with a focus on tool and app development and is responsible for the strategic development and automation of business processes, tools and services within the Hutter Consult.

In his private life Claude likes vitamin sea and kitesurfing and likes books in the actual shape of a book, a good glass of vino and whiskey "on the rocks".

Dorian Kostanjsek is graduated in business informatics and audio engineering and now a part of the platform as well as the ads team as both consultant and advertising specialist because of his ultra-exciting knowledge in IT and audio engineering. He also makes sure that the Hutter Consult internal IT structure works like Swiss clockwork.

And in case you want to get into the music business, Dorian also offers 11 years of event and music experience and has tried his hand in the music business from song production to club operations in the past.

Privately Dorian lives for sports and music. And because his name is so complicated, he has made a virtue out of necessity and collects misspellings of his surname.

Ingrid began her professional career training as a musical performer in the port city of Hamburg and now supports the OneTeam in the areas of HR and event management. After graduating from high school, she became actively involved in working with street children and lived in Peru for a year. Cruise fans may already know our Ingrid, as the native German spent more than five years working as a hotel officer on the high seas, including aboard the well-known “Mein Schiff” operated by TUI Cruises.

In recent years, she toured Germany as an event manager with “Dine & Crime”. Whenever she has free time, she's on the move—whether with friends or alone, her loyal four-legged companion Pako is always by her side, preferably out in nature. That's why she decided to move to Switzerland. Ingrid has already visited 76 countries, speaks five languages, and has worked with people from 48 nations. She contributes her extensive expertise in HR and event management skilfully to the OneTeam.

And when she’s not planning events or setting up new HR processes, you’ll find her out on Lake Greifensee in a dragon boat. As a team member of the Greifensee Dragons and the Swiss national team, Ingrid regularly paddles across the lake—with power, team spirit, and a big dose of zest for life.

Šejla has been working as a Social Media Creative Strategist at Hutter Consult since 2025, bringing a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a touch of humor to the team. Growing up in the beautiful Rheintal, her path was shaped early on by her determination and curiosity. After completing her apprenticeship as a businesswoman, she spent time in Oxford for a language stay, which sparked her love for England – a destination she has returned to annually ever since. 

After completing a preparatory course in design, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Media Engineering with a focus on Digital Communication Management at FHGR. Here, she discovered her passion for combining creative work with strategic approaches. Her professional experience includes various roles, such as project manager, content manager, and social media manager.

Privately, she is a true geek: she loves sci-fi and fantasy, from Star Wars and Harry Potter to The Lord of the Rings, and her apartment is a mix of Slytherin common room and GameStop. Her three swords – two lightsabers and one from the Tolkien universe – are just one highlight. As a hobby artist, she dedicates herself to digital drawing with Procreate, while video games and books allow her to escape into other worlds.

With her enthusiasm for Formula 1, a fondness for Lego, and a sharp sense of humor, she brings fresh energy to the team.

Matthias, a passionate biker and soccer fan, loves sports, carries a lot with humor and keeps a calm head even in hectic situations. There's only one thing he shouldn't do: eat too much. Because then he actually gets sneezing fits. 

Matthias comes from Vorarlberg and has been working in online marketing since 2017. As a certified marketing expert and trained conversion rate optimizer, he brings his great expertise to various customer projects and constantly develops them further.

Carlotta Gaberdiel is a Junior Consultant at Hutter Consult AG. After two basic apprenticeship years at the "SBW Neue Medien" she successfully completed her two-year internship as a mediamatician and has been a valuable member of the OneTeam ever since.

Kick it like Carlotta! She has been playing football for FC Münchwilen for 14 years and lives the team spirit as a central defender/head of defense. If she is not on the soccer field, she plays her guitar and sings herself happy.

Carlotta loves challenges - she has already mastered the Joffre Lake Trail in British Colombia (Canada) barefoot.

Saskia is a digital native through and through. After her studies in online media management, she has already worked in digital marketing on the agency side and most recently on the company side. Whether it's social media, SEO, or the website, Saskia advises her clients expertly and always up-to-date.

As befits an original Lake Constance child, the German can almost always be found on her own small sailboat in the summer.

She is very musical and plays trumpet and piano in the music club or in her brass band. In winter, she even conducts the jester music. Well then ... «Narri Narro!»

Where others go on vacation, I want to live. No sooner said than done, the native East German moved to the Lake Constance area to study sociology. After her graduation, she tried her hand at SEA and realized that she wanted to continue working in this field and deepen her knowledge.
Anna is an avid True Crime fan. When she's not head over heels in solving murder cases (including podcast, books, documentaries and all), she finds her balance on horseback. Sometimes she needs more adrenaline, so you can meet her regularly in the Europapark or then again quite leisurely doing puzzles or solving riddles.

Stefan - the creative chef and adventure lover from beautiful Constance by Lake Constance. 

In the last years, he gained valuable experience as a consultant in personnel management at an SAP consulting company and as a marketing manager in a digital and media agency. During these activities, he gained extensive experience in process optimization and SAP Basis tasks. At the same time, he continuously developed effective marketing strategies and designed high-quality marketing materials.

In his free time, Stefan can often be found on the football pitch, working out in the gym or exploring the surrounding mountains on a hike. In winter, he enjoys snowboarding on the snow-covered slopes. Nature is his second home and he enjoys being outdoors and exploring the beauty of our surroundings.

His weakness: grapefruit with quark. A strange combination, but one that suits his individual taste perfectly and always leaves him wanting more.

May we introduce: Elmar. A rare but real "Konstanzer" and "Badener" has been wandering the online marketing world since 1997, both on the client and agency side. Rating: valuable, since his main focus can be found in the world of Search Engines.

The fast food, coffee and BBQ junkie completes his healthy lifestyle with diving, hiking and extensive Mario Kart sessions. Without actually having the time for it. Elmar usually carries the sun in his heart, the heart on his tongue, and his sons in a bicycle trailer.

Jonathan Sipkin is a true all-rounder with an international background. Born in France and half German, he had the privilege of growing up in two cultures. For almost ten years, he has been living in Switzerland, which he describes as beautiful, and he previously lived in major cities such as London, Munich, Stuttgart, and Leipzig – whether for studies or work.

At addvanto AG, Jonathan most recently worked as a Performance Manager, where he developed personalized marketing strategies, managed digital campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, and implemented data-driven optimizations. Before that, he gained valuable experience at MoneyPark, Scout24 Schweiz AG, and PSA Retail, making him a true expert in performance marketing and data-driven strategies.

With his studies in European Management Studies (Double Degree) at prestigious institutions such as ESB Business School and EM Strasbourg, he has built a solid foundation for his expertise. Privately, Jonathan is equally versatile: a former tennis coach, he now completes a marathon or trail run every year and loves discovering new cities or the great outdoors. Fine wine and good food? A must! Jonathan always has a few bottles of wine at home and enjoys exploring new restaurants – food simply brings him joy.

Nadina's home is surrounded by the mountains of Graubünden, and she speaks with a Chur dialect. She has been actively contributing to the OneTeam since 2022. With her Bachelor's degree in Tourism, specializing in "E-Commerce & Sales," she brings the perfect foundation for working with us. Starting as a trainee, Nadina made the leap to Junior Consultant in 2023 and became a Consultant one year later.

And she is in a constant state of flux, because Nadina finds her balance in "EMS fitness" as well as skiing and traveling. In order to capture her experiences, she pursues her other passion - photography. By the way, she always wants to be first in every "Super Mario" challenge and can't resist any historical novel.

Mirja joined Hutter Consult AG after completing her dual studies in industrial business administration, bringing with her a wealth of practical experience. She graduated from DHBW in Ravensburg, gaining valuable insights, especially in marketing within various sectors of an industrial company. An academic semester abroad in South Africa not only broadened her academic knowledge but also enriched her cultural perspective. Mirja now calls Überlingen on Lake Constance home, where she enjoys nature and a variety of sports activities.

Privately, Mirja is a sports enthusiast: she plays tennis and golf in the upper league, which brings her a lot of joy and team spirit. But that’s not all – she jogs regularly, keeps fit in the gym, and hits the ski slopes in the winter. And her unique quirk? At the coffee machine, Mirja always lets everyone go ahead of her because she belongs to the rare breed of non-coffee drinkers – and she stays energized without caffeine!

With a smile on his face and a big sense of humor, Manuel is one of those people you rarely see in a bad mood. He loves making others laugh, is an excellent listener, and has tried (almost) every social media platform – a true social media enthusiast! Organizing is one of his strengths, and he loves living in the moment and appreciating the little things that life offers.

In his free time, Manuel is a true culture lover: Poetry slams, concerts, festivals, and theater are some of his favorite pastimes. He also enjoys exploring new pop-up restaurants and bars, collecting tattoos, and jogging while listening to his favorite podcasts.

In his past, Manuel was a heavy Twitter user, amassing over 50k tweets. He also embraces his playful side and speaks fluent sarcasm – which is definitely part of his daily communication style.

Elena joined Hutter Consult AG in October 2024. After successfully completing her apprenticeship as a certified office clerk in the summer of 2023, she has been studying at MBSZ since April 2024 to become a certified marketing manager (HF). With her cheerful and open personality, Elena brings fresh energy to Hutter Consult AG and is always ready to try new things.

In her free time, Elena loves variety: She has been modeling since her youth, enjoys spending time with friends, and finds peace with her family, her dog, and her two cats. Of course, series and movies are also a must. When it comes to food, she has a soft spot for salmon nigiri – and her true passion? Elena loves trying out new Red Bull flavors. Healthy eating might still be on her to-do list, but one thing’s for sure: with her drive, she’ll nail that too!

Moritz from Reichenau Island is a true original. Born in Heidelberg and raised on the idyllic island, he returned there after spending several years away. His honesty, curiosity, and patience make him an ideal team player at Hutter Consult.

In his free time, Moritz is involved in a variety of activities: his passion for sports ranges from football to American football. As a proud father of two, he enjoys spending time outdoors, by or in Lake Constance. Additionally, he loves cooking and good food. To perfect this hobby, he often watches cooking shows.

Laura originally comes from the Rhein-Neckar district, but during her studies in Konstanz, she felt so at home that she decided to stay. Although she successfully completed her teacher training, the spark just wasn’t there. Instead, she found her passion in marketing after gaining initial insights while working in administrative sales. Now, she’s ready to further deepen her enthusiasm for marketing at Hutter Consult AG.

In her personal life, Laura is a true gamer—whether it’s PC, PlayStation, or Switch, she’s always gaming. She also collects beautiful books and reads—yes, for her, those are two separate hobbies! Recently, she discovered a love for sewing and, when possible, grabs a bow and arrow for archery. Her special quirk? She crafts personalized birthday cards based on inside jokes and, as a true Gen Z, has the perfect TikTok ready for any situation!
