Thomas Hutter is owner, managing director and lead animal of the Hutter Consult-Crew. Known as the "Facebook Guru" since its inception and as one of the most renowned Facebook marketing experts in the German-speaking region, he advises large and medium-sized companies, organizations and agencies.
The blog www.thomashutter.com, founded in 2009, is the founding base of today's Hutter Consult AG, and remains one of the most important resources on current developments in Facebook and social media marketing in the German-speaking countries in Europe.
Thomas passes on his knowledge both as a lecturer and as a seminar leader at various seminar providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He can be met as a speaker and mentor at the most popular and current conferences of the industry.

Thomas Besmer, also lovingly named"Besmo" amongst his colleagues, is an old player in the digital business – he has been playing in the online industry since 2005. His CV includes positions at AZ Direct, CSS Versicherungen, Farner Consulting and Comparis, before he joined the Hutter Consult AG in December 2017. In his capacity as Senior Consultant and Head of Consulting, 'Besmo' is responsible for comprehensive consulting activities with a focus on analysis, business development and the further expansion of our agency services.
As a father of two, he never gets bored. Whether it's building Duplo trains or spending hours digging. Yes, digging - you read that right ;-). There is and will be a programme after work. And even if the quiet minutes have become significantly less, he enjoys every moment with his family. Some of which he also shares in his podcast «Die Mustergatten».
Florian, has been with the Hutter Consult AG since its inception, and is now Head of Advertising and a member of the executive board.
He acts as a charming, but also competent interface between conception/strategy and the implementation of digital advertising with platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, ... up to Microsoft Ads. And because that's definitely not enough for him, he also develops concepts regarding search engine marketing, Google Analytics and also supports our customers with UX design questions for websites and advertising media creation. Florian is also a passionate data nerd, for whom Excel is an MMORPG and likes to analyze and optimize till he drops.
Another fun fact: when he smells cheese fondue he gets glassy eyes, with raclette he gets extremely happy and with a BBQ he never gets enough!
Civil engineering drafting, information technology, business administration and now social media management - there is hardly a topic in the IT and business sector that Stefano has not yet risked to take a look at. At Hutter Consult AG, our favourite Italian guy is responsible for business development in connection with the expansion of our agency platform services. In addition, as an experienced project manager and Head of Platforms, he is the first point of contact for customers in all matters and needs relating to the actual platforms. He finds and enables the implementation of sustainable, efficient and technology-based tool and platform solutions for successful social media management.
In private, his two little sons like to keep him busy - except when Daddy treats himself to a cigar and a whiskey on Sunday evening after the obligatory Sunday dinner at his parents'. Then he finally has a moment to himself.
Once you have worked with Thomas, you always return to Thomas - as Claude Sprenger did in 2018, a good 13 years later after his training with Thomas H. himself. But now he is better, faster and a lot more digital, too. Just exactly how we need him. After web-solutions.ch GmbH (Hutter), Assai Dialog+Digital (Wirz) and Koch Kommunikation, he enriches the team with his lateral thinking head, from which digitalization strategies and visions spring uncontrollably.
In his function as Senior Consultant, Claude takes over a comprehensive consulting activity with a focus on tool and app development and is responsible for the strategic development and automation of business processes, tools and services within the Hutter Consult.
In his private life Claude likes vitamin sea and kitesurfing and likes books in the actual shape of a book, a good glass of vino and whiskey "on the rocks".
Livia was recruited directly from her university lecture room to the Hutter office, where she is now part of our most attractive platform team, well equipped with a wild curly mane and a freshly acquired bachelor's degree.
Hutter Consult now holds the first position in Livia's curriculum vitae after a commercial apprenticeship with the St. Gallen Farmers' Association, studies at the Graubünden University of Applied Sciences and various internships. Yessss.
Livia is a typical digital native who is usually always on. Funny that she still knows television - she only uses it to watch the Simpsons. And if there is still a little time left for offline time, then Livia likes to play the French horn at Stadtmusik Gossau.
Michaela is a full-on digital marketer at heart. Since 2017 she has been working quite successfully for Hutter Consult as a consultant and project manager. Michaela lovingly turned her back on her Austrian homeland and moved to tranquil Switzerland for Thomas and the Hutte Consult crew.
What Michaela does: she masters Facebook ads in her sleep and definitely always knows the answer to any questions. Clients love Michaela and Michaela also loves her clients. Michaela speaks an enchanting Austrian dialect that draws participants even more to attend her Facebook and LinkedIn workshops and seminars.
And in private? Michaela loves travelling, good Italian food, nature and lots of cakes and chocolate. Yes, our Michi is definitely one to love.
Adi Zumbühl is a true Nidwalder (one who is from the Swiss Cantone of Nidwalden) and has been rummaging around the online world since 2009. After his job at AZ Direct and Ulmann + Partner in Lucerne, from 2014 onwards, as a Digital Marketing Manager, he has been responsible for setting up the online department in the Migros Lucerne cooperative, thus served as "the internal hub" amongst his colleagues for all digital topics. We can proudly say: we pulled him back to the consulting side. Adi works for the Hutter Consult as a senior consultant, rounding off the already comprehensive and extremely attractive team of consultants with his know-how.
Besides his wife & kids, his second love is Mallorca (the North - not the Ballermann!). Red wine and meat ensure his daily healthy diet, which is often completed with Kinder Schokolade. Jogging is his "sport" - after all, you gotta do something, right?
Tourism, travel, entertainment, music and shows - Sarah clearly masters the art of living a good and entertaining life. After working for Schaffhauserland Tourismus as a member of the management board, and among other things, such as a master thesis with Cirque Du Soleil and a job at abc Production AG, Switzerland's leading concert and show organiser, we were able to recruit the experienced marketing manager for our own company. Sarah supports our team as an experienced advertising superstar.
Besides her son, travelling and music are amongst Sarah's greatest passions. Concerts and music create the greatest balance for her. Good to know: Sarah has been part of a girlband for 17 years now, with gigs and air time on the radio – not too bad, huh?
Dorian Kostanjsek is graduated in business informatics and audio engineering and now a part of the platform as well as the ads team as both consultant and advertising specialist because of his ultra-exciting knowledge in IT and audio engineering. He also makes sure that the Hutter Consult internal IT structure works like Swiss clockwork.
And in case you want to get into the music business, Dorian also offers 11 years of event and music experience and has tried his hand in the music business from song production to club operations in the past.
Privately Dorian lives for sports and music. And because his name is so complicated, he has made a virtue out of necessity and collects misspellings of his surname.
From Charlotte, North Carolina (USA) to tranquil St. Gallen in Switzerland - the Hutter Consult crew really does come from all four corners of the world. We may present this gorgeous being gifted with a melodious name: Margo Nichol Steiner. She has been living in Switzerland since 2017. Margo is a Consultant Digital Marketing and, with that, part of our very attractive team of consultants. With a Bachelor degree in Marketing, a good amount of start-up experience, graphic and handlettering skills which she had taught herself and a winning, unstoppable smile (kinda creepy, but nooot), there was no way to get around her.
In Margo's spare time, she either binge-watches Friends, loves to bake – picture her rolling out the dough to the sounds of fancy jazz music – or cuddles obsessively her mates Winston and Theodore (yeah, just cats!).
Shadya started at Wander AG after completing her bachelor's degree with a focus on strategy and marketing. Therefore, it's no surprise that one of her vices include chocolate. But the ones who have to pay for it are her cats: Ragusa and Giotto.
Born in Fribourg, she is a complete travel maniac. She loves travelling more than anything. She is particularly attracted to warm countries, such as her absolute dream country Australia or Ibiza at least once a year. It also goes hand in hand that photography is her absolute passion, and she can even develop film rolls in the darkroom in the traditional way.
The gin lover fits in perfectly with the HuCo family, because her "guilty pleasures" are Red Bull sugar free and Coke Zero. Because what's never missing from the fridge at Headquarters are her two favourite drinks
