Thomas Besmer, also lovingly named"Besmo" amongst his colleagues, is - at the age of 38 - an old player in the digital business – he has been playing in the online industry since 2005. His CV includes positions at AZ Direct, CSS Versicherungen, Farner Consulting and Comparis, before he joined the Hutter Consult AG in December 2017. In his capacity as Senior Consultant and Head of Consulting, 'Besmo' is responsible for comprehensive consulting activities with a focus on analysis, business development and the further expansion of our agency services.
On a more private note, he loves to regularly explore his limits in triathlon. Or he is intensively involved with his Australian Shepherd puppy named Pixel. And now in a new role as a baby daddy, too. The only moment when the smartphone is not around is during his swim training.
Pelin, 34, has turned her back on the German Rhineland to join the HuCo Tribe in Aadorf. Good choice. Previously, she worked as a Senior Social Media Consultant for various media agencies in Germany. In addition to her expertise in strategic consulting, she delivers a lot of know-how in the implementation of paid social campaigns.
What you have to know: Pelin is in fact a "leapling" (born February 29th) and thus only 8.5 years old, consumes coffee like other people consume gumbears, and if she is not going crazy to Turkish Psychedelica, she reads or discusses politics. We would definitely do the same, in exactly that combination.
Andrea "Rea" Löpfe beats everyone - including Thomas H. - if it comes to getting up early. She starts her day at 5 o'clock in the morning with some rowing around the lake of Zurich - before she confidently devotes herself to her work as a consultant for social media and ads strategies with a focus on LinkedIn and Xing. Since this year, our LinkedIn and Xing expert also organizes and hosts the Xing Pulse Event in Zurich and lectures at various universities all over Switzerland.
Rea holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Neuroinformatics and has a lot of professional experience in journalism and consulting. And because one bachelor's degree is not enough, Rea is currently also doing a second bachelor's degree in psychology.
Michaela, 30, is a full-on digital marketer at heart. Since 2017 she has been working quite successfully for Hutter Consult as a consultant and project manager. Michaela lovingly turned her back on her Austrian homeland and moved to tranquil Switzerland for Thomas and the HuCo crew.
What Michaela does: she masters Facebook ads in her sleep and definitely always knows the answer to any questions. Clients love Michaela and Michaela also loves her clients. Michaela speaks an enchanting Austrian dialect that draws participants even more to attend her Facebook workshops and seminars.
And in private? Michaela loves travelling, good Italian food, nature and lots of cakes and chocolate. Yes, our Michi is definitely one to love.
Florian, has been with the Hutter Consult AG since its inception, and is now Head of Advertising and a member of the executive board.
He acts as a charming, but also competent interface between conception/strategy and the implementation of digital advertising with platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, ... up to Bing Ads. And because that's definitely not enough for him, he also develops concepts regarding search engine marketing, Google Analytics and also supports our customers with UX design questions for websites and advertising media creation. Florian is also a passionate data nerd for whom Excel is an MMORPG and likes to analyze and optimize till he drops.
Another fun fact: when he smells cheese fondue he gets glassy eyes, with raclette he gets extremely happy and with a BBQ he never gets enough!
Once you have worked with Thomas, you always return to Thomas - as Claude Sprenger did in 2018, a good 13 years later after his training with Thomas H. himself. In his function as Senior Consultant, Claude takes over a comprehensive consulting activity with a focus on tool and app development and is responsible for the strategic development and automation of business processes, tools and services within the Hutter Consult.
In his private life Claude likes vitamin sea and kitesurfing and likes books in the actual shape of a book, a good glass of vino and whiskey "on the rocks".
Daniel Stark, 30 years of age, is Vorarlberger and the second Austrian import hit in the Hutter Consult Advertising Team. The last 3.5 years before joining our team, the online marketing and social media manager has worked as Head of Performance Marketing at the Digital Hunter Group in tranquil and cozy Liechtenstein and is known for mastering the KPIs of his campaigns at all times, even in his sleep. What is an international team without a South Tyrolean? Exactly: nothing. That's why we acquired Peter Kammerer. Without further ado, he gave up his career in his village band and turned his back on his homeland for us. Peter has been intensively involved in social media marketing since 2012 and now actively supports HuCo's high-performance Facebook Ads team with his skills.
The passionate rock and metal fan enjoys sports, always has music on his ears, doesn't play them well, but likes drums, loves Tarantino movies and owns a goat as a pet. Oh Peter, you are so right here.
Tourism, travel, entertainment, music and shows - Sarah clearly masters the art of living a good and entertaining life. After working for Schaffhauserland Tourismus as a member of the management board, and among other things, such as a master thesis with Cirque Du Soleil and a job at abc Production AG, Switzerland's leading concert and show organiser, we were able to recruit the experienced marketing manager for our own company. Sarah supports our team as an experienced advertising superstar.
Besides her newborn son, travelling and music are amongst Sarah's greatest passions. Concerts and music create the greatest balance for her. Good to know: Sarah has been part of a girlband for 17 years now, with gigs and air time on the radio – not too bad, huh?
Dorian Kostanjsek is 33, graduate in business informatics and audio engineering and now a part of the platform as well as the ads team as both consultant and advertising specialist because of his ultra-exciting knowledge in IT and audio engineering. He also makes sure that the HuCo internal IT structure works like Swiss clockwork.
And in case you want to get into the music business, Dorian also offers 11 years of event and music experience and has tried his hand in the music business from song production to club operations in the past.
