Customizable: The marketing dashboard should provide the ability to drag and drop custom dashboards and reports to tailor the interface and the data it contains to the needs and processes of the business.
Scalable: Campaigns can grow, making it a requirement that a dashboard can easily connect to additional data sources. In the best case, the dashboard provides flexible interfaces for important channels and internal systems (CRM, ERP, ...) so that these can also be connected.
Mobile-Friendly: It should also be possible to check key figures and developments while on the move. Therefore, a dashboard solution should ideally provide a mobile-optimized web interface or a native app.
