Marketing Dashboards & Digital Analytics
Digital marketing campaigns rarely focus on just one platform and tend to generate a huge amount of data- from superficial sales reports to campaign and channel specific key performance indicators (KPIs). This data forms the basis for measuring ROI, and therefore overall campaign effectiveness. However, they are usually not very easy to understand. This is where automated digital marketing dashboards come into play; they allow you to consolidate and visualize data in a form that is easy to understand and intuitive for everyone.
Digital marketing dashboards aggregate all marketing data sources- such as Google Platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics- in real time and display them together in one place. They provide an overview of campaign performance across all channels, allowing it to be analyzed and interpreted seamlessly. This in turn allows all marketing activities and media spend to be consolidated on one platform and even optimized using real-time data.
Dashboards focus on visualizing complex measurement data. To do this, they use dynamic and visual tools such as charts, graphs, timelines, and numbers in plain text to illustrate the various key performance indicators (KPIs).
When choosing a marketing dashboard, there are a few features to consider:
Customizable: The marketing dashboard should provide the ability to drag and drop custom dashboards and reports to tailor the interface and the data it contains to the needs and processes of the business.
Scalable: Campaigns can grow, making it a requirement that a dashboard can easily connect to additional data sources. In the best case, the dashboard provides flexible interfaces for important channels and internal systems (CRM, ERP, ...) so that these can also be connected.
Mobile-Friendly: It should also be possible to check key figures and developments while on the move. Therefore, a dashboard solution should ideally provide a mobile-optimized web interface or a native app.
Choosing the right tool depends on the existing system environment and the complexity of the marketing dashboard requirements. That’s why we’ve created a list of some of our favorite dashboard solutions. Of course, if you’re looking for something even more custom, we’d love to help you 1:1 to find the perfect solution for your custom needs.
Thomas Besmer, also lovingly named"Besmo" amongst his colleagues, is an old player in the digital business – he has been playing in the online industry since 2005. His CV includes positions at AZ Direct, CSS Versicherungen, Farner Consulting and Comparis, before he joined the Hutter Consult AG in December 2017. In his capacity as Senior Consultant and Head of Consulting, 'Besmo' is responsible for comprehensive consulting activities with a focus on analysis, business development and the further expansion of our agency services.
As a father of two, he never gets bored. Whether it's building Duplo trains or spending hours digging. Yes, digging - you read that right ;-). There is and will be a programme after work. And even if the quiet minutes have become significantly less, he enjoys every moment with his family. Some of which he also shares in his podcast «Die Mustergatten».
Once you have worked with Thomas, you always return to Thomas - as Claude Sprenger did in 2018, a good 13 years later after his training with Thomas H. himself. But now he is better, faster and a lot more digital, too. Just exactly how we need him. After web-solutions.ch GmbH (Hutter), Assai Dialog+Digital (Wirz) and Koch Kommunikation, he enriches the team with his lateral thinking head, from which digitalization strategies and visions spring uncontrollably.
In his function as Senior Consultant, Claude takes over a comprehensive consulting activity with a focus on tool and app development and is responsible for the strategic development and automation of business processes, tools and services within the Hutter Consult.
In his private life Claude likes vitamin sea and kitesurfing and likes books in the actual shape of a book, a good glass of vino and whiskey "on the rocks".
Watch out, this senior consultant here has it all: Markus Edelberg, former police officer, 15 years of rescue service AND trained firefighter, photographer, photo and media designer, graduated in communications with specializations in brand management, digital PR and social media - and because it fits so well: Fisheries supervisor in an honorary capacity for species and nature conservation.
Before Markus joined Hutter Consult, he was responsible for social media marketing at EMS Electro Medical Systems GmbH. In his private life, Markus is a passionate fisherman. His passion is so great that he likes to move team meetings from his workplace to his fishing spot. He also likes strong coffee and generally gets time off from his employers on April 1st. Why we will see yet...
Tanja Nägele, an Eastern Switzerland native, is part of our Platform Team working under “Pater Familia” Stefano Lungaretti as well as our Ads Team, headed by Florian Muff.
After taking a few minor detours at both Schweizerische Südostbahn AG and St. Gallen-Bodensee Tourismus, she finally made her way to Hutter Consult AG in March of 2021 after her second attempt. This had nothing to do with the quality of her work and her creativity- rather, she didn’t lose sight of her goal since her first encounter with Hutter Consult in 2019. To us that is very admirable, and we believe that loyalty should be rewarded.
In her private life, Tanja is a self-confessed "bratwurst-in-the-woods" fan, loves action in the mountains, and when she's not chasing her dogs or staring at TikTok for hours, she likes to travel to Tokyo to pay her sister a visit.
