We are 26 employees who represent 13 nations and breathe, live and love social media.
Thomas Hutter is founder and CEO of Hutter Consult AG and partner at MYTY Group. He is one of the pioneers in meta marketing and known as the "Facebook guru" of the first hour. As one of the most renowned meta marketing experts in German-speaking countries, he advises large and medium-sized companies, organizations and agencies.
He laid the foundation for Hutter Consult AG with the blog www.thomashutter.com, which was founded in 2009 and is still considered one of the most important resources on current developments in Facebook and social media marketing in the German-speaking world.
In the last 11 years, he has already passed on his knowledge to well over 2000 people in seminars and teaching modules at universities of applied sciences as a lecturer or seminar leader at various seminar providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. At many popular conferences in the industry you can meet him live and in color as a speaker and mentor.
If all that is not enough, the workaholic spends his time in the offline world with cigars and rum - preferably in combination with his Jacuzzi, extensive barbecues or time with his two daughters and his Dog Cliff.
Florian, has been with the Hutter Consult AG since its inception, and is now Head of Advertising and a member of the executive board.
He acts as a charming, but also competent interface between conception/strategy and the implementation of digital advertising with platforms such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, ... up to Microsoft Ads. And because that's definitely not enough for him, he also develops concepts regarding search engine marketing, Google Analytics and also supports our customers with UX design questions for websites and advertising media creation. Florian is also a passionate data nerd, for whom Excel is an MMORPG and likes to analyze and optimize till he drops.
Another fun fact: when he smells cheese fondue he gets glassy eyes, with raclette he gets extremely happy and with a BBQ he never gets enough!
Thomas Besmer, also lovingly named"Besmo" amongst his colleagues, is an old player in the digital business – he has been playing in the online industry since 2005. His CV includes positions at AZ Direct, CSS Versicherungen, Farner Consulting and Comparis, before he joined the Hutter Consult AG in December 2017. In his capacity as Senior Consultant and Head of Consulting, 'Besmo' is responsible for comprehensive consulting activities with a focus on analysis, business development and the further expansion of our agency services.
As a father of two, he never gets bored. Whether it's building Duplo trains or spending hours digging. Yes, digging - you read that right ;-). There is and will be a programme after work. And even if the quiet minutes have become significantly less, he enjoys every moment with his family. Some of which he also shares in his podcast «Die Mustergatten».
Lavinia originally started studying mechanical engineering, but quickly realized that this was a crazy idea. So she ended up in the boring field of business administration ;-). After her studies, she got a job at NetApp and worked for almost 18 years in sales operations and marketing, where she met all kinds of different peoples of different cultures from all over the world.
Born in Germany, she is somehow a magnet for funny situations. During a walk through the city, a bucket of water is sure to fall on her head. Or at a football match, she gets hit on the head not once, but twice (!). Public transport is not her friend either. Doors are bound to not open, or she is bound to end up somewhere else than where she wanted to be. We are happy that she is now bound to the HuCo family.
Civil engineering drafting, information technology, business administration and now social media management - there is hardly a topic in the IT and business sector that Stefano has not yet risked to take a look at. At Hutter Consult AG, our favourite Italian guy is responsible for business development in connection with the expansion of our agency platform services. In addition, as an experienced project manager and Head of Platforms, he is the first point of contact for customers in all matters and needs relating to the actual platforms. He finds and enables the implementation of sustainable, efficient and technology-based tool and platform solutions for successful social media management.
In private, his two little sons like to keep him busy - except when Daddy treats himself to a cigar and a whiskey on Sunday evening after the obligatory Sunday dinner at his parents'. Then he finally has a moment to himself.
Once you have worked with Thomas, you always return to Thomas - as Claude Sprenger did in 2018, a good 13 years later after his training with Thomas H. himself. But now he is better, faster and a lot more digital, too. Just exactly how we need him. After web-solutions.ch GmbH (Hutter), Assai Dialog+Digital (Wirz) and Koch Kommunikation, he enriches the team with his lateral thinking head, from which digitalization strategies and visions spring uncontrollably.
In his function as Senior Consultant, Claude takes over a comprehensive consulting activity with a focus on tool and app development and is responsible for the strategic development and automation of business processes, tools and services within the Hutter Consult.
In his private life Claude likes vitamin sea and kitesurfing and likes books in the actual shape of a book, a good glass of vino and whiskey "on the rocks".
Michaela is a full-on digital marketer at heart. Since 2017 she has been working quite successfully for Hutter Consult as a consultant and project manager. Michaela lovingly turned her back on her Austrian homeland and moved to tranquil Switzerland for Thomas and the Hutte Consult crew.
What Michaela does: she masters Facebook ads in her sleep and definitely always knows the answer to any questions. Clients love Michaela and Michaela also loves her clients. Michaela speaks an enchanting Austrian dialect that draws participants even more to attend her Facebook and LinkedIn workshops and seminars.
And in private? Michaela loves travelling, good Italian food, nature and lots of cakes and chocolate. Yes, our Michi is definitely one to love.
Thomas Amann - the skilled and creative Austrian graduated in graphic and communication design in Vienna. After a few years in the big city, he was drawn back to his home region - the Austrian Vorarlberg, where he found his new home in Dornbirn and worked successfully as an online marketing & social media manager.
Thomas loves jogging, hiking or cycling and follows the credo that there is no bad weather, only the wrong clothes. And when it comes to karaoke at the latest, he benefits from his further talent of not knowing any of his own song lyrics by heart, but never letting this show.
Dominik lives digital marketing through and through. The Vorarlberg native originally comes from the field of needs research, but quickly found his calling in digital marketing. Dominik feels at home in the topics of online advertising and the tracking world and proved this in his master's degree in Digital Marketing & Analytics.
Dominik loves the speed rush! No amusement park is left out on his travels. Does this need of thrill comes from his 12 years of competitive karate? Nowadays, he takes it more quietly and helps only with the tournament organization.
«Laaast year I gave you my heart ...» and many other Christmas songs Dominik whistles the whole year and drives both himself and the team almost crazy. So we are looking forward to «silent night» again.
The trained hotel manageress has two passions: bar culture and the digital world. After an international bartender training on Kos, her path has now led her to us.
Boredom is not for her - the music lover can be found at concerts and festivals, hiking in nature, engrossed in one of her books or on the sidelines of FC Winterthur. The main thing is that there is something going on.

Carlotta Gaberdiel is a Junior Consultant at Hutter Consult AG. After two basic apprenticeship years at the "SBW Neue Medien" she successfully completed her two-year internship as a mediamatician and has been a valuable member of the OneTeam ever since.
Kick it like Carlotta! She has been playing football for FC Münchwilen for 14 years and lives the team spirit as a central defender/head of defense. If she is not on the soccer field, she plays her guitar and sings herself happy.
Carlotta loves challenges - she has already mastered the Joffre Lake Trail in British Colombia (Canada) barefoot.
Always something new and always developing, in between taking a deep breath and looking into the distance with a dreamy gaze. Simon has a degree in business administration and politics, among other things, as well as various traineeships in marketing, lean management and product management. Sustainability is very close to his heart, which is why he has been running his own NGO project with his friends for the last few years.
The Swiss describes himself as a mixture between business, sustainability hippie and hipster :-P. Traveling to his favorite destinations in Central and South America, but also dancing (Latin American dances, of course) and making music are his great passions when he's not riding his motorcycle through the Swiss countryside. Saskia is a digital native through and through. After her studies in online media management, she has already worked in digital marketing on the agency side and most recently on the company side. Whether it's social media, SEO, or the website, Saskia advises her clients expertly and always up-to-date.
As befits an original Lake Constance child, the German can almost always be found on her own small sailboat in the summer.
She is very musical and plays trumpet and piano in the music club or in her brass band. In winter, she even conducts the jester music. Well then ... «Narri Narro!»
After throwing herself fully into chocolate in her studies (she's appropriately picky about the subject), Esther gained professional experience in the food and packaging industries. Meanwhile, the German-born Esther discovered her passion for leadership and data before becoming passionate about social media ads, which is how she found us.
In her personal life, Esther also has her nerdy side and a great fable for learning. Scottish Gaelic and the bagpipe have filled her free time for years, which has progressed to the point where a Scottish accent can be heard coming out of her English. A highlight for her in 2022 was playing at the Wacken Open-Air on the main stage with the band "Grave Digger" at the opening.
She is a bookworm especially in the area of fantasy and loves to quote Terry Pratchett and Walter Moers. 42 is always an adequate answer in her world.
Dorian Kostanjsek is graduated in business informatics and audio engineering and now a part of the platform as well as the ads team as both consultant and advertising specialist because of his ultra-exciting knowledge in IT and audio engineering. He also makes sure that the Hutter Consult internal IT structure works like Swiss clockwork.
And in case you want to get into the music business, Dorian also offers 11 years of event and music experience and has tried his hand in the music business from song production to club operations in the past.
Privately Dorian lives for sports and music. And because his name is so complicated, he has made a virtue out of necessity and collects misspellings of his surname.
Where others go on vacation, I want to live. No sooner said than done, the native East German moved to the Lake Constance area to study sociology. After her graduation, she tried her hand at SEA and realized that she wanted to continue working in this field and deepen her knowledge.
Anna is an avid True Crime fan. When she's not head over heels in solving murder cases (including podcast, books, documentaries and all), she finds her balance on horseback. Sometimes she needs more adrenaline, so you can meet her regularly in the Europapark or then again quite leisurely doing puzzles or solving riddles.
The trained carpenter came to Hutter Consult with a detour in the finance world. Analytical creativity or creative analytics? Noah can be found at art exhibitions from time to time, because he is an enthusiastic culture and art lover - his favorite: Jean Michel Basquiat. But spending hours watching memes or listening to his favorite podcast are also among his leisure activities, along with going to the gym.
As a trained marketing specialist and federally certified sales manager, Manuel has already spent a long time as marketing manager at a well-known kitchen builder and as a long-time visionary and managing director of what was then Switzerland's first online supplier of kitchens.
Exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, whether on Lake Constance or in Arosa - as well as occasionally taking a pleasurable stroll through various Swiss cities and exploring different stores along the way: Manuel appreciates the pleasurable life. He is always accompanied by his Havanese dog "Léonie", who keeps not only him but also the whole office team on their toes.
Livia was recruited directly from her university lecture room to the Hutter office, well equipped with a wild curly mane and a freshly acquired bachelor's degree. Since then, she supports her customers as a platform expert and deals with the Meta support.
But that's not enough for her, so she's also studying for a master's degree in business informatics at the University of Applied Sciences in Eastern Switzerland.
The digital native spends the rest of her free time cooking, listening to podcasts or exploring virtual reality worlds with her Oculus VR glasses. Offline, Livia is also involved in the Stadtmusik Gossau, where she plays the French horn, and enjoys time with family and friends.
With Helena, we have our third Vorarlberg native in the team, but with the big city experience. She lived in Vienna for eight years, working in various agencies and media houses and completing her master's degree in online media marketing.
Sustainability and mindfulness are very important to her, which is why her master's thesis covers sustainability marketing in social media.
However, the determined vegetarian is back in Vorarlberg, as the air here is a bit fresher after all.
As a dog lover with her «Cookie» and much love for social media, Helena fits perfectly into the HuCo family. She has headphones on all day to listen to music and she is a true team player. Jogging, climbing, après-ski (without skiing) and getting into new things is her thing.
Max Retzer - the proud father of two wonderful sons is an "old hand" in social media. He has been in the digital business for more than 15 years and has already held various positions as Head of Social Media, as a successful freelancer for various brands in the DACH region and most recently as Director of Marketing, PR & Communication.
As a passionate triathlete, he completed his first Ironman in 2022. He also loves to spend time cooking and could never do without accompanying music.
May we introduce: Elmar. A rare but real "Konstanzer" and "Badener" has been wandering the online marketing world since 1997, both on the client and agency side. Rating: valuable, since his main focus can be found in the world of Search Engines.
The fast food, coffee and BBQ junkie completes his healthy lifestyle with diving, hiking and extensive Mario Kart sessions. Without actually having the time for it. Elmar usually carries the sun in his heart, the heart on his tongue, and his sons in a bicycle trailer.
Theofilos is our Greek from Liechtenstein, or the other way around. After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying business with a focus on communication and marketing, he first worked in marketing for an underwear manufacturer. He discovered digital marketing early on and has already worked for agencies and as Social Media & Employer Branding Manager at the industrial group Oerlikon. At Hutter Consult, Theo works as a consultant for HR Marketing and Employer Branding.
In his free time, Theofilos can be found at the gym or calisthenics park. At the same time, he has a penchant for fast food, which can be a complicated mix. He is also a passionate movie lover, tech geek, hiker and grill master.
Branding and digital marketing? These are Anne's passions, which she has been able to successfully implement in companies with a focus on jewelry and watches in the luxury segment over the past few years. So it's no coincidence that the Luxembourg native completed her master's degree in International Luxury Management after earning her bachelor's degree in media management with a focus on PR and communications.
From Cologne, to Reims (France) via Milan, Anne finally arrived in beautiful Switzerland and (luckily for us) plans to stay here. Nevertheless, she is always drawn to faraway places where she can really experience nature on her self-planned road trips, like Iceland or British Columbia. At home, she also likes to be in nature. Then with her dog Ellie, who follows her only in Luxembourgian - and no, it is not a fantasy language.
Besides her mother tongue, German, English and French, Anne loves to speak GIF - and this over whole conversations!
Katharina completed her «Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film Making» at the SAE in Stuttgart. After her studies, love led her to Switzerland, or more precisely to Eastern Switzerland. For the last few years she worked, with her good humour and forward-thinking, the Eastern Switzerland Television (TVO). During this time, she developed herself as a film director.
During her studies she was involved in several short films, among others for the Film Academy and ARTE. She was also allowed to be an extra in a Matthias Schweighöfer (famous German filmmaker) film. While ten hours of filming, she has been seen in the cinema for one strong second. *uff*.
The Swabian likes everything that is sweet - especially gummy bears and spaghetti ice cream. Read that right! I wonder if an ice-cream parlour in Switzerland will offer this one day? Katharina hasn't found one yet.
Fairly soon after completing her training as a hotel manageress, Fabienne started working as a clerk for an online car provider. There she was able to pursue her enthusiasm for cars, which she has owned since she was a little girl.
She loves traveling - especially Thailand, where it always takes her. Culinary travel also makes her heart beat faster, because she simply loves food.
Fabienne likes to spend her free time in the gym or with her cuddly dwarf spitz dog Sima.
Nadina's home is surrounded by the Grisons mountains, she speaks in the typical dialect of Chur and has been an active member of the OneTeam since 2022. Her bachelor's degree in tourism, with a specialization in "e-commerce & sales", gives her the perfect foundation for working with us. Starting as a trainee, Nadina made the leap to Junior Consultant in 2023.
And she is in a constant state of flux, because Nadina finds her balance in "EMS fitness" as well as skiing and traveling. In order to capture her experiences, she pursues her other passion - photography. By the way, she always wants to be first in every "Super Mario" challenge and can't resist any historical novel.
Jae-Son lives near Schaffhausen and has just finished the «Fachmittelschule» in Schaffhausen and is now, parallel to his internship with us, absolving his «Fachmatura». He is sporty, creative and open for new things. In his free time he plays soccer, goes to the gym and explores the world.
Fashion, cooking and spending time with friends are his passions.
